To enhance the user journey and provide structured goals, the platform may utilize internal progression markers, such as virtual points, tokens, badges, or status indicators. These assets cannot be liquidated, transferred to third parties, exchanged for legal tender, or redeemed for goods, services, or benefits outside the platform. They are not property; they are a limited, non-transferable license to use a specific feature of the software.
Any accumulation of these assets represents a measurement of time and engagement, not a financial balance. The platform reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove these Simulated Assets at any time without liability or compensation.
Access to specific tiers of the platform or advanced features may require the generation of a unique User Profile. The User commits to providing current, accurate, and functional data during this initialization process.
The security of the access credentials (specifically the username and password) is the sole and absolute responsibility of the User. The platform assumes no liability for unauthorized access, data loss, or profile manipulation resulting from user negligence, weak passwords, or shared devices.
Profiles are non-transferable and are intended for the sole use of the individual registrant. Consistent with our policy of data minimization and privacy, no sensitive government documentation is required for entry; however, the User must ensure they meet the minimum age requirements set forth by their local jurisdiction for accessing digital entertainment services.

The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to view and interact with these assets strictly for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not convey ownership or title.
